Constant Reverberating Praise and Worship

From Pastor’s Desk:

Revelation 4:8 Each of the four living creatures had six wings and was covered with eyes all around, even under its wings. Day and night they never stop saying: “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come.”

***

This verse substantiates the concept that praise and worship are constantly reverberating throughout heaven. How wonderful to know that when God’s people praise and worship Him, we join the heavenly hosts as they do so!

Isaiah chapter six tells about the vision he had of the LORD. In it he saw Seraphim flying around the throne of God, shouting to each other, ““Holy, holy, holy is the LORD Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory” (NIV).

Have you ever gotten alone with the Lord, and you could sense the presence of heavenly beings, with the awesome, yet precious, aura of the Holy Spirit in the midst of your praise and worship? If you have not, it would be of great, if not vital, necessity that you get there.

It is in His presence that things happen that otherwise do not:                                                    Guidance is given.                                                                                                                         Minds are cleared from mental debris.                                                                                         Spirits that have been attacked soar again.                                                                              Callings are initiated.                                                                                                                        Gifts are given.

The list is endless of things that happen only in His presence.

Being used effectively by the Holy Spirit necessitates getting in His presence. If we don’t He can’t!
